Access Centre NI (AC-NI) offers personalised workplace strategy coaching to support employees with a wide range of neurodivergent conditions. Our experienced coaches specialise in Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and Autism. By working one-to-one with each individual, the coach takes time to understand their unique needs and develop practical strategies that help individuals achieve their full potential at work. The focus is on building confidence, improving everyday working practices and creating sustainable routines that help make the workplace a supportive and empowering environment for all.

Purpose of the Workplace Coaching Sessions

The purpose of our workplace coaching sessions is to empower individuals by helping them explore, develop and apply strategies that are tailored to their unique strengths, challenges and working styles. We recognise that every person’s experience is different, which is why our coaching focuses on understanding how each individual works best and identifying practical approaches that support their success. These strategies are designed to complement any reasonable adjustments already in place, ensuring a well-rounded and sustainable support plan.

AC-NI coaching is work-centred, focusing on real tasks and everyday responsibilities. This will build on an individual’s existing strengths, helping develop confidence and transfer these skills into areas where additional support may be needed. Each session is personalised to the individual, ensuring the experience is engaging, practical and directly relevant to their job role.

Delivery of Workplace Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are delivered remotely for flexibility and convenience. Session length and frequency are agreed collaboratively between the individual and their coach, with sessions typically lasting 2 hours.
